Xiao Hao is a three-year-old kid from Guangzhou in South China. He weighs 140 pounds, which is about 110 pounds more than most three-year-olds.
His parents are desperate. The child was expelled from several kindergartens, explaining that the boy is a serious health risk to other children.
Desperate mum Xiao Lin is now begging doctors to help shrink her super-size son.
Some medics believe he may have a growth hormone disorder while others say he is a victim of China's "Little Emperor" syndrome where families are allowed only one child, who is then spoiled rotten by doting relatives.
